Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ASCEND website, as well as the registration, purchase and use of passes or tickets for ASCEND 2026 and related services.

ASCEND is an initiative by Workplace Company, under Zyoin Group. By accessing the website, registering for the event or purchasing a pass, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Registration, Passes & Pricing

All pass or ticket prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Prices, offers and promotional discounts may change without prior notice.

Any discounts, promotional offers or special pricing will be valid only for the period and under the conditions specified.

ASCEND reserves the right to modify event details, including the date, venue, agenda, speakers and schedule, where necessary.

A registration or pass will be considered valid only upon successful completion of the applicable registration or payment process.

ASCEND reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where incorrect, incomplete or misleading information has been provided.

2. Pass Usage

Event passes are intended for use by the registered attendee, subject to the terms communicated at the time of registration.

Any unauthorised duplication, reproduction, sale or resale of an event pass is strictly prohibited.

Attendees may be required to present valid identification, registration confirmation or other relevant proof to gain entry to the event.

ASCEND reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who fails to meet the registration requirements or violates applicable event policies.

Attendees must comply with all security procedures, venue requirements and event guidelines communicated by ASCEND or the venue.

3. Event Modifications, Postponement & Cancellation

ASCEND reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule or cancel the event, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where otherwise necessary.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Natural disasters or other force majeure events
Government restrictions or regulatory requirements
Public health emergencies
Venue unavailability
Security concerns
Other unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, registered attendees will be informed of significant changes through the contact details provided during registration or through official ASCEND communication channels.

If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, any applicable options regarding registration or pass validity will be communicated in accordance with the relevant refund and cancellation policy.

4. Attendee Conduct

ASCEND is committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, partners and participants.

By attending the event, you agree to:

Behave in a respectful and professional manner.
Comply with event, venue and security guidelines.
Refrain from disruptive behaviour, harassment, discrimination or misconduct of any kind.
Respect the rights, privacy and safety of other attendees and participants.
Follow reasonable instructions issued by the ASCEND team, venue representatives or authorised personnel.

ASCEND reserves the right to remove or deny entry to any attendee whose behaviour is considered disruptive, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation.

Any damage caused to the venue, event property or equipment by an attendee may be the sole responsibility of that attendee.

5. Photography, Videography & Media

ASCEND may photograph, film or otherwise record the event.

By attending ASCEND, you acknowledge that photographs, videos or other recordings may capture your image, likeness or participation.

Such content may be used by ASCEND, Workplace Company, Zyoin Group and associated initiatives for purposes including:

Event coverage
Marketing and promotion
Social media
Website content
Reports and publications
Future event communications

6. Intellectual Property
