1. No Refund Policy
All Elite Pass purchases for GCC Ascend 2026 are final and non-refundable.No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests, regardless of when the request is made.No refunds will be issued for no-shows or attendees who fail to attend the event for any reason.GST and any platform or processing fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances.Passes are valid only when purchased through the official GCC Ascend 2026 page on the Workplace Company website (workplacecompany.in). Passes obtained through unauthorised third-party sources are invalid and carry no entitlements.
2. pass Transfers
While refunds are not available, passes are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your pass to a colleague from the same organisation at no additional cost.Transfer requests must be sent in writing to
info@workplacecompany.in at least 48 hours before the event, with the substitute attendee's name, designation, email and phone number.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organiser
If Workplace Company cancels ASCEND 2026, full refunds will be issued to all pass holders.
In case of rescheduling, pass holders may opt for a refund or transfer their pass to the new date.
Any refund issued due to event cancellation will be processed within 15 working days.
